Here is a report how Martin did at Mantorp Park in the weekends racing. Fridays kvalifing went along fine accept for one run when he drifted towards the fence and had to shut off. The goal was to improve the 60 foot times which they did. That resulted in a new personal record on saturday morning, 6.37sec and 230 km/h. Second run led to tire vibrations, but nothing got hurt. Then it started to rain unfortunatelly. But the 6.37sec was enough to kvalify into the main race. The first race on sunday was against Europes fastest driver Urs Ernbacher. The blowerbelt broke halfway down the strip! But it looked good up until it did, against the fastest driver in Europe! The finals rained away to, sadly enough. So the weather was not in favor of racing this weekend. This coming weekend is Norway, Gardemoen and as I write this they are on their way there. Hockenheim Germany is 22-24 aug and i will hopefully go with the team down there. (MOONEYES Sweden Hank)
