The second ever MOONEYES Dragracing School started without notice. The day before the races, The Glory Rod, back from its crash last year was in optimum condition. After the Boss ran a few 11s in the test runs, he yelled "Kin! Get on!" This started the lessons. He stood there not knowing what just went on, and the next moment, he was staging. The scene of last year's crash went through his mind and Kin said he will go without burningout, thinking that was the right move. Himself being a satisfactory driver in his C1500, stepped on the gas and put the pedal to the metal at the blue light of the christmas tree went on. He ran the quarter mile without a problem. His reaction to the run was that "I couldn't even go fully 'cuz I was too scared" This is something someone who knows about cars well can say. This was Kin Kanemoto from Sendai Highland.
The more race events get held, the more people start racing, the more people modify to go faster, the more money people need to put into their rides. We all know that, and we still put large amounts of money into it. So this time, we set the entry fee at 10,000 yen, and that 10,000 yen covered for all the rounds you wanted to race.

Just like back in the good ol' USA. The Official PRA is an american style, and so the whole thing went very smoothly. The most anyone ran was 8 strips! Everyone else ran an average of 4 to 5 strips. The main motif of the MOONEYES MEET is to run the strips safely and have fun at the same time.
The next races are in September, so all you American car lovers, US lovers, and simple racers, come down to Sendai and race! But remember not to burnout too much to burst your tires! Everyone who came, the PRA staff, hope you had a great time, and Thank you.
