GOSHU GOES TO GRAND NATIONAL ROADSTER SHOW - 2010.01.30
Hi This is Goshu from MOONGARAGE!
Now this is my US TRIP REPORT for the 61st Annual Grand National Roadster Show (GNRS).
The greatest thing about this Show is the out standing number of High Quality Show cars!
The Pomona Fairplex is famous for POMONA SWAP MEET and its indoor show building are filled with 500 over show cars and bikes, plus 5 isles between the building is also filled with over 500 of drive in show cars on Saturday and Sunday. It takes four to five hours to look around easily.
This show is 3 days show and for people who wants to take a serious look at cars, one day is too short and need at least 2 days for it, that’s how big this show is. For final Sunday the award begins from four in afternoon which takes about 3 hours to finish.
2010 AMBR

The real competition for AMBR was between this car by FOOSE and winner.

Pinstripe Gathering was held which our Wildman Ishii joined this year again, the auction held by Von Hot Rod was really heating up and Wildman had his art piece of helmet and poster to auction too. I was surprised to see the high dollar highest bidders as I have seen them last year too. Wildman Ishii started to receive some request to work on art piece at this Show too and was working hard on rest of time at the show

It was really greatest three days show as I looked through all these cars and motorcycles and even had chance to see many or our Guest to the past HCS.

(Rob Fortier, Cole Foster, Rico, Grant Peterson, Harpoon, Tom Foster, Adam Wright, Shifters, Beatniks, Sunny, Dan Collins, etc.)

By the way the top of Kustom Kulture, Mr. Robert Williams and Mrs. Suzanne Williams will be coming to our Show for 2010 Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show on Dec 5th Sunday.
Well then See you Next time !
