HCS2025 沢山の方に会場にお越し頂き無事終わりました。
素敵な Automobiles and Motorcycles、そして沢山の Vendor Booths、 Pinstripers, 海外からの Vendor が集まる International Village、 各 Sponsor's Area, Pinup Girl Contest, Stage で Live Music そしてInternational Guests and their Car and Motorcycles で 会場は埋め尽くされ 多くの方々はそれぞれの思いで楽しまれたと思います。
ショー会場では、Reunion さながらに皆が再会を楽しみ、また新たな友人との出会いを楽しんだと思います。
会場にいらした皆様の協力があり素晴らしいイベントを作る事ができました。 ありがとうございました。
ところが搬入日、当日と時間に追われ参加者様方々もキリキリ。
「隣がはみ出て邪魔だから主催者なんとかして頂戴」
「背面ブースの白い電源コードが見えるのが好きになれないの」
「照明がつかないから早く」
「このゴミ持っていって頂戴」
とかそれぞれのキリキリを「なんとかして」と怖い顔して頼まれてもね〜。土曜日に照明を消してくださいとお願いしても消さずに帰られるんだけどね〜。 歩いていてゴミ渡されてもね〜。
怖い顔しなくても普通に言ってくれても結果は同じなんですけどね。
なぜ、そうなっちゃうのでしょうか？
楽しい事の始まりなのですから笑顔でお尋ね頂ければ、気持ち良く解決に走りますし、仲裁に入れますし、その結果、隣人同士二日間仲良く過ごせますよね。

HCS2025 successfully came to a close, thanks to the many people who came to the venue.
The show was filled with wonderful automobiles and motorcycles, numerous vendor booths, pinstripers, an International Village featuring vendors from overseas, sponsor areas, the Pinup Girl Contest, live music on stage, and international guests with their car and motorcycles. Everyone seemed to enjoy the event in their own way.
At the venue, it felt like a reunion, with many attendees happily reconnecting and meeting new friends.
Thanks to everyone who attended, we were able to create a truly MQQNTASTIC event. Thank you very much.
That said, during the setup day and on the day of the show, things were a bit hectic, and some participants were understandably stressed.
“The neighbor’s display is sticking out and in the way—please do something!”
“I don’t like that the white power cord behind the booth is visible.”
“The lights aren’t working—hurry!”
“Please take this trash away.”
Even when these requests came with stern or scary faces, it’s a bit… For example, asking someone to turn off the lights on Saturday sometimes didn’t work, or being handed trash while walking through the venue.
Honestly, you don’t need a stern face—if you just ask politely, the result is the same.
Why does it turn out like this?
Because it’s the start of something fun, if you ask with a smile, we’ll gladly help resolve the issue, mediate if needed, and as a result, neighbors can enjoy the event together over the two days.
We’d be truly happy if you could ask with a smile.
