\r\nYokohama Marine Tower, the Hikawamaru, a former flagship passenger ship of the Brazil route, the birthplace of Neapolitan spaghetti(Japanese), and the Hotel New Grand that MacArthur Room remains, where the Supreme Commander of the GHQ, General MacArthur stayed right after the WW II, Yokohama Osanbashi(Big Pier), where large luxury passenger ships from around the world dock, the Minato Mirai area, famous for the Yokohama HOT ROD Custom Show, the Mizuho Pier, known as the U.S. Army's Yokohama North Dock, and after that, there is the current Mazda R&D building (though it cannot be seen), which was a production base for Ford Japan before the war, are all noteworthy landmarks. Moreover, the venue offers a panoramic view of the Yokohama Bay Bridge and other landmarks which is the location with the best conditions one could hope for as a venue.
