It had been over 40 years or so since I last watched a Stock Car Race, which was in 1981 at Riverside Raceway, CA. This time, I went to support Akinori Ogata, a long-time racing driver, who was racing a MOONEYES Theme Stock Car in Las Vegas, right in the heart of Stock Car country, Charlotte, NC.
