I don't remember exactly when I bought this 1985 El Camino, probably in 2008 I think. A friend of mine said, "Let me paint it for you." So I agreed for him to paint it. That was in April 2009. But no matter how much time passed, it was never finished. To the point of not asking. However, in February this year he suddenly passed away. He had the car for 3 years. So I picked up the car in its unfinished state and brought it over to a Body Shop friend to have it painted. They said, "We don't know what the other guy did so we'll have to start from the beginning." I agreed. Then they gave me the quote and time frame, "8-10 weeks work for $$$." Which again, I agreed. That was in March. There was no update from them after 10 weeks. After 8 months, in December, I went to visit them and this was the current status. They told me it will be completed by mid January next year. At this point, it doesn't matter what they say, I will agree. これが 2008年暮れの姿 This was a 2008 photo これは 2012年12月 And here it is, December 2012
[1
54,49,1037
