Recently repaired a broken trunk key assembly on a Hard Top Toyota Crown. \u00a0The rubber pad was missing and parts for old Toyota`s are pretty hard to come by, even in their home land. \u00a0So I made one from scratch.<\/p>\n

I used a piece of rubber material and cut it to shape.<\/p>\n

The lock assembly itself would fall out because there was no way to hold itself in place. \u00a0So I drilled a hole on the shaft and installed a washer and cotter pin to hold it down.Worked like a champ!!<\/p>\n
