1954 Plymouth Transmission Belt and Servo Replaced.
The reverse servo was also replaced with a newer heavy duty part.
The old reverse servo did not look bad,but was replaced with the lighter aluminum version.
Due to the difference in belt grip design,the piston spacer that actuates the belt had to be trimmed.
Some gaskets had to be custom made because they are no longer available for sale.
The complete reassembled transmission ready to be installed.
The car was put back and test driven. Kick down and reverse actuation was perfect.
