ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS:
・ Nonresidents (6 months after the entry date)
・ Foreign Visitors who stay in Japan within 6 months.

・ Japanese Citizens who meet the conditions below.
【Before April 1st, 2023】
　- Person who (will) works abroad for more than 2 years, and will leave Japan within 6 months from the landing permission date.
- Who has the actual passport, and had valid overseas visa, work visa, Green Card, and any other ID card with Photo
※ If you enter through the automated gate or facial recognition gate, and do not have the landing permit stamp(entry stamp), we cannot confirm that you are nonresident, therefore, you cannot get the tax free service.

・2年以上外国に滞在する目的で出国し、一時的に日本に入国し、上陸許可日から6ヶ月未満で出国する方。
※パスポートの原本のほかに、有効な外国ビザまたは就労ビザ、
グリーンカード（在留カード）等写真付きIDカードのいずれか1つをご提示頂く必要があります。
※自動化ゲートまたは顔認証ゲートを利用して帰国し、パスポートに「証印」がない場合、非居住者であることが確認できないため免税販売できません。

【After April 1st, 2023】
- Who has the actual passport, Residency Certificate, or actual copy of the family register label.

・2023年4月1日より制度改正され、海外に2年以上住んでいることを 証明するため、パスポートの原本のほかに、「在留証明」又は 「戸籍の附票の写し」の原本の提示が必要になります。

・ Actual passport (Not a copy) with landing permit stamp.
・ Crew landing permit
　　　　- Permission for emergency landing
　　　　- Landing permission due to distress
　　　　- Landing permit for cruise ship tourists
・ Purchased Items

REQUIREMENTS:
・ Minimum tax-free applicable amount, ¥5,500 yen(including tax) or more per purchase.
・ We cannot combine the total amount of the different receipt.
・ Only the purchase on the day.

※Tax-Free Service will be processed only on the 2nd Floor.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Consumable items in MOONEYES: Air Fresheners, Hair Grease

If you purchase Consumable items, they will be packaged by the method specified in the law of Japan(Clear plastic bag).
Do not open the packaging until you have left Japan. Otherwise, you will be subject to paying consumption tax.
※If you contain Consumable items, then the tax-free rules apply to consumable items and will also apply to your general items.

All of the Prices listed at MOONEYES Area-1 Shop Including Tax.

Items purchased exempt from taxation are purchased for export. Please make sure to take them out of Japan.

When leaving Japan, if you do not have the tax-exempt items you bought, you will be charged consumption tax, etc., equal to the amount exempted.

If you do not have a landing permit stamp(entry stamp) because you entered Japan through the automated gate, you will not able to get a tax-free service. If you want to get tax-free service, please ask Immigration Bureau Officers to get an entry stamp on your passport.
