Chuck May from Australia sent us photos of his current hot rod. Turns out, Chuck May has a long history of drag racing and has been a fan of MOONEYES for just as long. Here's what he wrote along with the photos he sent to us.

Look at 1st pic, see my shirt. pic is my 1st drag race in [Victoria, Australia] about 50 years ago. 2nd my room. 3rd 40 years ago. last about 45 years ago. darren gave me the round computer matt about 6 years ago when he came home from japan to visit us. i still have that shirt, in 1st pic. glad to have you as a friend. chuck may.

The yellow coupe darren brought for his mum. The green 28 ford i was given as a gift. two weeks ago, no motor , no gear box. no wiring, no brakes. I last drag race in late 60s, 80s, I have sent you cover shots of my past drag racing. I have heaps of pics of other hot rodders and drag racers that have raced and others that race today. We are still active hot rodders, and soon a big show here, Chrome Fest.

Great honour.
