34th Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2026が終わった6日後の12/12/2026 Pomona, California にある In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip にて MOONEYES Christmas Party Show & Drag 2026 が今年も開催されます。
Irwindale Speedway が2024年に閉鎖されLA周辺の Dragstrip は Pomona だけとなってしまいました。LA から North or South へ2時間強走れば Dragstrips はありますがやはりLA近郊で開催したかったので昨年初めて Pomona での開催となりました。
広大な会場なので一般駐車場もしっかり確保でき、また Show Car’s Area も広く取れ、そして何より NHRA の運営による Drag Race は進行もスムース、しかも Pomona の Dragstrip を走れるのは Drag Racers に取っては特別は事だと思います。
昨年が Pomona で初めての開催だったので色々ありましたが今回は山積みの問題を修正しよりBetterな運営ができるように心掛けます。ぜひカレンダーにマークしておいて下さい。Blue Sky, Palm Tree and Hot Rod, Southern California を楽しんで下さい。お待ちしてます！
6 days after the 34th YOKOHAMA HOT ROD CUSTOM SHOW 2026, the MOONEYES Christmas Party Show & Drag 2026 is back. Join us on Saturday, December 12 at the In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip in Pomona, California.
With the closure of Irwindale Speedway in 2024, Pomona became the only remaining dragstrip in the immediate LA area. While there are other strips a two-hour drive North or South, we were determined to keep this event in the LA suburbs—which is why we brought the show to Pomona for the very first time last year.
This massive venue allows for enough parking for everyone and an expansive Show Car area. Best of all, because the track is run by the NHRA, the drag racing program runs very smoothly. Also, it is very special for any drag racer to race on the historic Pomona track.
Last year was our first run at Pomona, and we definitely faced a lot of challenges. We will fix all the issues we had and fine-tune our operations to make the event even Better.
