先日、以前務めていた会社の友人から「元上司が横浜関内にBarを開店したので行くけど来ない」と お誘いを受け興味津津でお邪魔してきました。 The other day, a friend from an old job contacted me with, "An old manager opened up a bar in Yokohama and I'm going to go visit. After that, he was the GM at YC&AC (http://www.ycac.net) and now he opened this bar. （オーナーのJBさん　The Owner: JB） そしてトイレも綺麗！だった。飲食店は味は勿論のこと、サービスも勿論、普段お客様の目には入らないキッチンが清潔かどうかを大きなカギですね。そして常に汚れるトイレも綺麗かどうかこの２点でオーナーの姿勢が分かります。 This is probably why his kitchen is so clean! And the restroom is super! For any restaurant the taste and service is most certainly great, but a key to its success is a clean kitchen even if customs can't see it. Also, the second place is how clean the toilet is.
