先週金曜日の朝7時過ぎ、 Shop にいると「ドーン」もの凄い音がしたので交差点に行ってみると ご覧の様に大きなパイプが交差点に転がり、 トラックは横倒しになる事故がありました。 この交差点は良く事故があるので気を付けて下さい。 Last week Friday morning just after 7AM, while I was inside the shop, we hear a real loud "BOOM" so we rushed over to the intersection to see what it was. Just as you can see, there were large pipes laying at the intersection and a huge truck tipped on its side. This intersection is actually a common place for accidents so please be careful.   ポリスカーは来るし Police cars soon showed up to the scene.   ドライバーには Bad Friday になってしまいました。 「仕方ない」 It was a Bad Friday for the driver of the truck. "Can't be helped".   消防車は来るし Fire engines and other emergency vehicles showed up.   救急車は来るしで となりのハンバンガーショップはお陰で商売上がったりです。 Ambulance soon showed up. The hamburger shop next to us suddenly had an increase of business that morning.   ウチもです。 Us too.   午後 4時ころには全て元に戻りました。 コレだけの大騒ぎを起こしたこのトラック会社 or ドライバーは弁償が大変でしょうね。 でも怪我人が出なかったのが良かったです。 It wasn't until about 4PM when everything was back to normal again. Causing this much disturbance, it must be difficult for the truck company or driver if they have to pay for all the repairs. Lucky thing nobody was injured.
