普段あまり行かない地域の East LA にある Makina Driver’s Club で "Craft of Speed" MOONEYES Documentary の上映会があり高齢化が進む Hot Rod 業界とは真反対の多くの若い世代の方々と交流を持つ事が出来ましたが世代の違いを感じる一日でした。場所柄 Catering も Drinks も充実、これもまた Hot Rod 業界とは大きな違い。"Life Style Event" と呼ばれるイベントがここ数年多なっています。まさに Life Style の違いをまざまざと確認できました。
There was a screening of the "Craft of Speed" MOONEYES Documentary at Makina Driver’s Club in East LA, a region I don’t usually visit. I had the opportunity to interact with many young people, which is in stark contrast to the aging Hot Rod industry. It was a day where I really felt the generation gap. It was a clear reflection of the differences in lifestyle.
