今回も LA Int'l Airport を避け、Orange County/Santa Ana Airport(SNA) から Seattle Tacoma Int'l Airport(SEA) へ Alaska Air で向かいました。
今回は Seattle へ引っ越した Gabe にも会う予定でした。
Last weekend on Labor Day Saturday, we visited Griot’s Garage (griotsgarage.com) in Tacoma, WA — the venue for the screening of the MOONEYES documentary “Craft of Speed.”
Once again, we avoided LA Int’l Airport and flew with Alaska Air from Orange County/Santa Ana Airport (SNA) to Seattle Tacoma Int’l Airport (SEA).
This time, we also planned to meet up with Gabe, who recently moved to Seattle.

土曜日は Screening ですが夕方からなので日中やっていた “LeMay” Annual Show を見て来ました。
あまり Southern California では見かけなくなった車が沢山いたのでお見せします。
The screening was on Saturday evening, so during the day we went to check out the LeMay Annual Show.
There were so many cars that you don’t see much in Southern California anymore, so let me share some of them with you.
夕方から Griot’s GarageでNamsayin Instagram; @namsayinのHelpの元MOONEYES Documentary “Craft of Speed”のScreeningです。
上映の前にLittle Get TogetherがShop前で開催されました。
USA車から、日本車等、色々な車がミックス、YoungからElderyまで様々な年齢が車種に関係無く集まっていました。
In the evening, with the help of Namsayin (Instagram: @namsayin), we held the screening of the MOONEYES documentary “Craft of Speed” at Griot’s Garage.
Before the film, a Little Get Together was held in front of the Shop.
From USA cars to Japanese cars and more, a wide mix of cars gathered, along with people of all ages — from the Young to the Elderly — coming together regardless of the car model.

日曜早朝、TacomaからOCへ向います。
今回も色々な方のお世話になり無事Screeningを終える事が出来ました。
メインである Film Editor の Ming は風邪をこじらせ参加できないと言うアクシデントにも関わらず。

DVD(日本語字幕付き)は12/07(日), Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 会場で発売予定です。
と同時に Ming が Craft of Speed 制作時に撮影した画像をまとめた写真集も発売予定です。

Despite the unexpected accident of our main film editor, Ming, being unable to attend due to a bad cold.

The next screening is scheduled for Saturday, November 8, in Van Nuys, CA.
The DVD (with Japanese subtitles) will be released on Sunday, December 7, at the Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show.
At the same time, a photo book compiling images shot by Ming during the making of Craft of Speed will also be available.
