軽自動車規格の３輪トラック、K360は1959年5月に発売となりましたが、その翌月に発売となったT600は排気量を577ccにアップしてベッドを延長し、300kg積みの K360に対し500kg積載の小型トラックになりました。 Wildmanが尊敬する天才3輪トラックデザイナー小杉二郎氏によるキャビンのデザインは絶対にダイハツミゼットよりも美しく、こちらの方が断然カッコイイのです。エンジンは何と4ストロークのV型2気筒！をミッドシップに搭載し、まるでハーレーのようでした。オリジナルのくすんだブルーのペイントでしたが、カスタム時にもちろんムーンイエローとホワイトのツートンにてオールペイントし、ムーンディスク＆ホワイトリボンを履いて完璧なMoon Lookとなりました。純正パーツを注文すると何とマフラーのタイコ部のみ新品で出て来ました、不思議でした。
ブルーのスリッパから黄色いスニーカーに生まれ変わったコイツは御所山～元町ショップ間を荷物満載で往復する営業車として走り回っていたのです。当然このような3輪車ですのでズッコケ話も多くあり、ある日横浜駅の画材屋に行き地下駐車場に入れました。買い物を済ませてコイツに乗り込んだ所、エンジンが掛かりません。セルは廻れど火が入りません。ミッドシップなのでエンジンまでなかなか手も届かずプラグを見るのも一苦労でしたが、一向に掛かる気配も無く、ついにバッテリーも弱って来ました。「これはまずい事になった！」と地下駐車場で3輪車と一人格闘するWildmanを色々な方々が好奇の目で見ています。「この駐車場の通路は広い、こうなったら押し掛けしかないぞ」と判断し車重 510キロの軽量3輪車を一人で押して飛び乗りました。2～3回失敗した後、ブルンとエンジンが掛かり涙が出て来そうなりました・・・。この日現場にいた人はさぞや楽しい光景が見れた事でしょう。
他にも東京で開催されているニューイヤーミーティングに参加したとき、Wildmanがこのクルマを担当し自走で行く事になり首都高速を激走しました。料金所のおじさんがビックリして「これ何の車種の扱いになるの」と困惑して聞いてきましたので、「ハイ、3輪トラックになります」としか答えようが有りませんでした。料金を支払いスライド式のサイドウィンドウを閉めようとした所、アクリル製のこの窓は閉まらなくなってしまいました。窓全開のまま1月の極寒の首都高速はバイクよりもつらかった思い出があります。しかしエンジンそのものはさすが600ccだけあり360ccの軽自動車よりもパワフルでトルクがあり、首都高速も推定70kmくらいで走っていたと思われます。ハンドルは思っていたよりもクイックでしたが、どこが限界か分らずそれを超えてしまえばコロンと転がってしまうので、コーナリングは細心の注意が必要でした。
そんなT600も御所山周辺で皆様の目を楽しませた後、ひっそりと日本一のトラック買い取りセンターの某Blue Panicさんへ引き取られて行きました。その後の消息はたまに耳にしましたが、数年前に不動車となって埼玉あたりにあると聞いたのが最後でした。とても貴重なクルマだったので、今考えると大変惜しい気がします。
昔を知っている方はこのクルマの事を覚えているかもしれませんが、ひっそりと消えていった幻のMooneyes社用車"Mazda Moon Trike"なのです。後にも先にも自分で運転した3輪トラックなどはコイツしかありませんので、生涯語り継がれて行く事でしょう。

(and don’t worry it is written by real Wildman) There were many people purchasing the "Goshoyama 8" decal which I have mentioned in this blog before, so it turned out to be the best event for Wildman. So for this memorial 10th edition of Blog, Wildman didn’t choose The Street Car Nationals but something else.
The topic is too new so please wait until when it get old. Now to the story, will skip back again to 1991.In last blog, the famous forever company car 1974 type II was Introduced but unlike that this time its not known company car.
One day " there will be an interesting car coming in so lets complete it" And there was a real interesting, more like unique or funny looking car came to Goshoyama. It looked like warned out slippers, but it was the three wheeler Truck by Mazda."Finally the real size Tin Toy has come" Wildman was very excited. And when he looked he found out that "this bed is little long, blister fenders" Wildman noticed Funny details of this funny car."Hey! this isn’t Mazda K360 but its T600" Wildman was overwhelmed.
The 3wheeler truck with light weight car standard(360cc) K360 was first sold from May 1959 and next year T600 was released with 577cc bore up engine, extended bed and ability to carry 500kg against 300kg carried by K360, T600 was registered as a small track. Wildman admire the genius 3 wheeler truck designer Mr. Jiro Kobayashi And his cabin design is much more beautiful than design of Daihatsu mizet also three wheeler Which makes this one cool by far. Engine is 4 stroke V-2 which is placed as mid shipment and looked like Harley Davidson.
Original paint was blue but it was painted to MOON Yellow and white two tone Gave MOON Disc and White ribbons which came out as perfect Moon Look. The original parts were ordered and strange enough just the muffler was available As new. This truck turned from blue slippers to yellow sneakers and drove between the Motomachi shop and Goshoyama ware house with full of items. Of course this truck has many story to go with, one day when Wildman went to art Shop in Yokohama station parked in underground parking lot. After shopping got on the truck but the engine will not start even though the Starter motor was turning. Couldn’t reach the plugs on this Mid ship engine And it was exhausting work but still it doesn’t seem to start and finally the battery got weak. "Oh this is bad!" and many people looked at Wildman alone with 3 wheel truck in under ground parking lot. "this parking lot run way is wide, I have to try push start" so 510kg light weight 3 wheeler Truck was pushed alone and jumped on. After failing 2 to 3 times, engine started and Wildman was almost crying. The people who was there that day must have seen some funny sight.
There were more stories. Going to the New Year Meeting hosted in Tokyo, Wildman was driver to take this truck to the highway to Tokyo. The oldman at toll was so surprised and asked "what is this registered as?" Wildman answered back "Yes, its 3 wheeler truck" was the only answer Wildman can think of. Wildman paid the toll and tried to close the slide window, but The plastic window will not move. With Window wide open in coldest January on highway was freezing Than riding motorcycle by far. But the engine with 600cc was more power full than 360cc light weight cars And had torque. Wldman recalls that Truck cruised in 70km (about 45miles per hour) The trucks Handle was quicker than imagined and very hard to tell Where is the limit before the Three wheeler truck will fall on side So handling on corner took serious attention.
After that T600 has showed all funny scene to people in Goshoyama, it was taken to Japans number 1 truck buying shop called Blue Panic and was taken away. The Truck was once in while said to be seen but finally the last word was It had broken down and kept some where in Saitama which was couple years> ago. It was very rare car so Wildman feel regret about fact it was sold away. May be people who knows old days remember this car, it was faded away and A phantom of company car by Mooneyes "Mazda Moon Trike". The before and after there was no other 3 wheeler Truck I drove after that So this legend will be told along my life.

先日開催されました第21回ムーンアイズストリートカーナショナルズ（SCN)にお越しの皆様、誠に有難う御座いました。奇跡の快晴の中、今年も楽しいイベントとなりました。「Wildman's Blog見ていますよ」とか「長文が大好きです！」とか「本当に本人が書いているのですか？」等多くのご意見を頂き、嬉しい限りです。（本当に本人が書いていますのでご心配の無いように）前々回のブログで紹介しました"御所山8"デカールをご購入された方も多数？おりまして、Wildmanにとっても最高のイベントでした。
と言う事で記念すべき10回目のブログはSCNの話題となるのが普通ですが、このブログは違います。まだ話題が新しすぎるので、2007年のこのイベントの話題はもっと時間がたって昔の話になった時にアップする予定ですので暫くお待ち下さいませ。
又もタイムスリップとなりまして話は1991年に戻ります。前回のブログで紹介しましたのは、あまりにも有名な永遠の現役社用車'74VWタイプIIでしたが、今回は幻の社用車のお話です。
ある日「今度面白いクルマが来る事になったから仕上げようぜ」と言っていたら本当に面白すぎるヤツが御所山にやって来ました。かなりくたびれたスリッパにしか見えないそいつは、何とマツダの３輪トラックでした。「ついに実物大のブリキのオモチャが来たか・・・」とWildman的にはかなり興奮しました。よく見てみると「あれベッドが少し長いような気がする、しかもブリスターフェンダーではないか」とヘンテコなディティールに気付きました。「こ、これはマツダK360ではなくT600の方ではないか！」とビックリのWildmanでした。
